At Supradil Beauty LTD, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We are committed to providing you with luxury beauty tools that are built to last. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage provided for your Supradil devices.
1. What is Covered?
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, specifically the electronic components of the Supradil LED Accelerator Light, purchased directly from www.supradil.com (the "Site").
We warrant that the Supradil LED Accelerator Light will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase (the "Warranty Period").
If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at our option and to the extent permitted by law, Supradil Beauty LTD will either:

Repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

Exchange the product with a new or refurbished product that is functionally equivalent to the original.
2. What is Not Covered?
This Limited Warranty does not apply to:

Consumable parts: This includes the Whitening Gels, Acid Shields, and Shade Guides, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship during shipping.

Cosmetic damage: Including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic on ports, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

Damage caused by misuse: Accidents, abuse, liquid contact (submerging the non-waterproof parts of the device), fire, or other external causes.

Unauthorized modifications: Damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by Supradil, or damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a representative of Supradil Beauty LTD.

Normal wear and tear: Defects caused by normal aging of the product.
3. How to Obtain Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
Please email our Customer Support team at info@supradil.com with the following information:

Order Number (found in your confirmation email).

Date of Purchase.

A detailed description of the issue.

Photos or Video demonstrating the defect (this helps us expedite the process without needing you to ship the item back immediately).
If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to receive your replacement or repair. In many cases, we may send a replacement part without requiring the return of the defective unit, but we reserve the right to request the return of the defective item for inspection.
4. Shipping Costs

Valid Claims: If your warranty claim is valid and occurs within the first 30 days of purchase, Supradil Beauty LTD will cover all shipping costs associated with sending a replacement.

Later Claims: For claims made after 30 days but within the 1-year Warranty Period, you may be responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement unit.
5. Limitation of Liability
Except as provided in this warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Supradil Beauty LTD is not responsible for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory.
6. Governing Law
This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide the application of the law of another jurisdiction.
