1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through Supradil.com.

2. Shipping & Geographic Availability

We proudly ship worldwide.
Shipping rates, estimated delivery times, and carrier options may vary depending on your location.

Note: Customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations.

3. Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment options:

  • Credit & Debit Cards

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (where supported)

All transactions are encrypted and securely processed. We do not store any payment details on our servers.

4. Product Availability

We strive to keep all Supradil products in stock but reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities per customer

  • Modify or discontinue products without prior notice

  • Update pricing, descriptions, or imagery as needed

5. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

If you’re not in love with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or store credit under these conditions:

  • Product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging

  • Request must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase.
If the order has already entered processing or been shipped, it may not be canceled.

7. Future Payment Options

We currently do not offer installment plans or “Buy Now, Pay Later” services. However, we may introduce flexible payment options in the future.

8. Limitation of Liability

Supradil is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use.
Please follow product usage instructions carefully and perform a patch test if you have sensitive skin.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
